Since March 2020 I have been providing therapy online and this has proven to be a really effective way of working together. It offers greater flexibility, saves time and travel and it is a private, secure and personal space. Working online has transformed accessibility to therapy and can reach out to anywhere in the World.

I work across several secure platforms including Zoom, Webex, Teams and Skype.

I can see clients in person but there are a limited number of spaces available. My therapy room is in a stunning and peaceful location in mid-Essex.
