Here is a little background on my meditation, mindfulness and compassion practice:

I began my personal journey into mindfulness meditation and Buddhist contemplative practice in 2003 and ever since have regularly undertaken mediation training and go on retreats to support my practice. I have trained extensively in the UK and have also been fortunate to benefit from teachings, retreats and conferences across Europe, the United States and Asia. My interest in Mindfulness began 2004 and in 2009 I completed teacher training in Mindfulness-based approaches with the University of Bangor, Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice. In 2012, I completed the first UK training in Mindful Self-Compassion under founders Dr Kristin Neff and Dr Chris Germer and in 2014 I became recognised as a Trained MSC Teacher by University of San Diego, Center for Mindfulness. Cultivating Mindful Self-compassion was the subject of my Professional Doctorate, which I was awarded in 2017. I am deeply committed to and passionate about teaching Mindfulness and Self-compassion. It has been, and continues to be, life-changing for me, my clients and students, it is such a privilege to share this work. I am a resident teacher at The Retreat Farm Holistic Living Centre and I offer mindfulness courses, MSC training, meditation retreats and workshops to individuals, groups and organisations in Essex, all over the UK and beyond.

   Seasonal mini-Retreats     10am to 1pm on a Sunday in each Season
